Deposits & Guarantees

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations. Special event periods may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process.

Please be aware that all rates and quotes are net USD.

Additional Hotel Taxes are: 14.13%.

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure.

If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention, but if discovered after guests have departed, then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.

We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.

Check In / Check Out

Proper photo identification and Credit Card is required to Check-In. If Credit Card holder of the reservation is not staying in the reserved room.

Check-In time is 3:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Early Check-In is by request only and cannot be guaranteed. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel upon availability and can only be done at time of arrival. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into a hotel.

Please note that Budget Host East End cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one nights room and tax fees. Polices can vary for specials, packages, time of year, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation to get the policies attached to your rates.

Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation without notice.
